Blister packaging machines usually include the following main stations:
Conveyor belt: conveys the product to be packaged to the packaging area.
Foam forming station: After the foam is heated, it is formed into a foam cover that fits the shape of the product.
Heat-shrinkable film sealing station: After the heat-shrinkable film is heated, it is covered on the foam cover and heat-shrunk to a suitable size to seal the product inside.
Cutting station: Cut the heat shrinkable film to pack the products individually.
Outfeed Station: Move the packaged product out of the packaging machine and send it to the next workstation or packaging area.
In the automated production line, the blister packaging machine can be used in conjunction with other automated equipment, such as automatic box packing machines and coding machines, to achieve efficient automated production.
