The high-speed tablet press is used to press various granular raw materials into round tablets and special-shaped tablets, and is the basic equipment suitable for mass production. With the advancement of science and technology and the improvement of people's living standards, tablet drugs are more and more favored by patients due to their advantages such as ease of use and portability. It is a double-press structure consisting of two sets of feeding devices and two sets of wheels. The turntable can hold 33 dies, and can press out 66 dies in one week. During the tableting process, the speed of the turntable, the filling depth and the thickness of the tableting can be adjusted. The machine is equipped with a mechanical shock absorber to avoid damage to the machine parts due to overload. When some high-speed tablet presses have burrs and dust during the tablet pressing process, they should cooperate with the tablet screening machine to remove dust at the same time, and must comply with GMP regulations.
 
Instructions for use of high-speed tablet press:
1. The quality of the punching die should be checked repeatedly before use, whether there are missing corners, cracks, deformation, tightness, unqualified, and the equipment is in good condition. Check whether the raw material powder of the granules is dry, and the powder content in the granules shall not exceed 10%. If it is unqualified, do not use strong pressure, otherwise it will affect the service life of the machine and the loss of raw materials.
2. Выбор скорости напрямую влияет на срок службы машины. Поскольку свойства сырья, вязкость, диаметр листа и давление не могут быть заданы единообразно, в конструкции этой машины используется устройство бесступенчатого изменения скорости, а низкая скорость подходит для прессования минералов, растительных трав, большого диаметра, плохой вязкости, и т.д. и материалов, которые трудно быстро формовать.

3. При использовании высокоскоростного таблеточного пресса всегда следует обращать внимание на то, нормальный ли звук машины. Если раздастся крик или странный звук, остановите его и проверьте, чтобы устранить. Не используйте его неохотно.
